Fear can be defined as:

False Expectations Appearing Real

Paul tells us: For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7

I love this scripture. Sometimes I am afraid and then I repeat these words with a prayer in my heart to get through what is before me.
